Plan for Change (P4C) Ghana is a youth led Non-governmental organization promoting the rights and dignity of vulnerable people and communities especially women, youth and PWDs in Ghana.We are mainly into the fields of women empowerment, alternative livelihoods, girl child education, reproductive health, enterprise development, poverty alleviation, policy advocacy, sustainable agriculture and climate change.
