Mother’s Shea Ltd is a female-owned shea butter company, founded in 2000 on the premise that companies can produce high quality products, at reasonable prices, all while doing social good. Mother’s Shea has partnered with a company that has launched its own line of finished goods to give customers a premium shea butter moisturizer.
This partnership has grown quickly and significantly and Mother’s Shea needs increased capacity to match. Mother’s Shea has additionally partnered with a wholesale distributing company to help reach out to new wholesalers and bulk distribution channels to give us more access to the wider market. In order to make all these partnerships work we need increase our capacity and improve production, operations and management of the company.
This is therefore a timely opportunity to help us assess our readiness and needs. We have over the years laid emphasis on the quality of our shea butter which has enabled us build a reputation for offering premium quality shea butter. We however need more than just quality products to succeed in such a highly competitive business environment as the USA, our target market.
