Actively operational in 2018, and established by Zeenatu Adams Suglo, our goal is to assist businesses in achieving and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality through expert-led consultations and tailored training programs.
Based in Accra, Ghana, our team of professionals brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Management, Sales, and Marketing. We are committed to promoting indigenous and underutilized crops, contributing to sustainable food systems, and offering innovative solutions to our clients.
In addition to our consultancy services, we have developed two main product brands: instant fruit fibre meals and instant rice porridge. These products showcase our expertise in food safety and quality management while highlighting the potential of indigenous crops. With a production capacity of 13 tonnes per year, we are able to meet the demand for these innovative food products.
To ensure convenient access for our customers, we have strategically placed our products in six physical retail shops across the country. Additionally, we have partnered with three e-commerce sites to cater to the growing trend of online shopping. This allows customers to conveniently order our products and have them delivered directly to their doorstep.
Our target market includes food manufacturers, processors, distributors, retailers, regulatory agencies, food safety inspectors and auditors, quality control managers, and food safety consultants. In terms of profitability, we have projected a minimum profit of GHC120,000. This projection takes into account the revenue generated from our consultancy services as well as the sales of our instant fruit fibre meals and instant rice porridge.
