German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act

This presentation, produced in November 2022 by the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Ghana (AHK Ghana) as part of a partnership with the Global Shea Alliance, outlines rules and mechanisms of the recent German Supply Chain Due Diligence Law.
